Patricia Hill Smith

Patricia "Patsy" Hill Smith, 76, passed away Thursday, June 17, 2021 at UNC Hospital in Chapel Hill, NC.  Patsy was born April 1, 1945 in Wilson, NC to the late Seth and Josephine Kannon Hill. 

A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Monday, June 21, 2021 in Devotional Gardens, Warsaw, NC.

Patsy is survived by son, Seth Smith of Warsaw; two grandsons, Jonah Joseph Bigelow and Hunter H. Smith; sister, Judy Sellers of Wilmington, nephew, Anthony Sellers of Hampstead, niece Allison F. Simmons of California and numerous cousins.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Woodrow "Skeet" Smith and sister, Betty Joe Fonvielle.
