 Clinton - Norma Jean Shackelford Howard, 88 passed away Monday, December 25, 2023 in Sampson Regional Medical Center in Clinton, NC. Jean was born June 4, 1935 in Duplin County, NC to the late Melvin Shackelford and Virginia Poythress Shackelford.
A memorial service will be held 1:00pm, Friday, December 29, 2023 in Community Funeral Home Chapel in Warsaw, NC with visitation to follow the service. Jean is survived by her daughter, Kathy Wilkins and husband, Robert of Warsaw; brother, Ray Shackelford and wife, Grey of Goldsboro; granddaughters, Jamie Pope and Billie Jo McCoy and husband, Don; grandson-in-law, William Pope; great grandchildren, Aidan McCoy, Kenzie McCoy, Logan Pope and Greyson Pope and her beloved fur baby, Simba. In addition to her parents, Jean was preceded in death by sister, Sylvia Waters.

I met Norma Jean at Kosterman Chiropractic, she reminded me so much like my Mom. I gave her a glass angel which she reminded me of. Linda Lisane Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
