Warsaw - Mary Lee Jones, 88, of Warsaw passed away Friday, April 26, 2019 at Mary Gran Nursing Home of Clinton. Mrs. Jones was born in Duplin County October 14, 1930 to the late Ralph Jones and Bessie Cooper Jones.
A visitation will be held Saturday, April 27, 2019 from 6 to 8 pm at Community Funeral Home of Warsaw. A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, April 28, 2019 at Pinecrest Cemetery. Mrs. Jones is survived by sons, Whit Jones and wife, Barbara of Kenansville and Tyler Jones and wife, Kathy of Hendersonville; daughter, Susan J. Tucker and husband, Neal of Clemmons; brother, Gerald Jones and wife, Deloris of Warsaw; grandchildren, Justin Tucker and wife, Julia, Anna Austin and husband, Clifton, Allen Jones and wife, Kelly, Benjamin Jones, Whitney Bryant and husband, Ethan, John Tyler Jones and Sarah Jones; great grandchildren, Aubrey Bryant, Alaya Austin, Anderson Tucker, Elwood Austin and Abram Jones. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by husband, Norman Jones; brothers, Sam Jones, Charles Jones; sisters, Elizabeth Cobb, Frances Dollard and Martha Hodges.

Your mom was a loving and caring teacher and friend. Many of my best memories of my youth are with your family. She had a great influence on my life at the time I needed it. Your mom left all of you that wonderful Mary Jones smile, so share it the next few days it will heal the lost that many will feel.
