Magnolia - Leland Edward Horne, 81, passed away Wednesday, June 17, 2020 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton, NC. Mr. Horne was born December 18, 1938 to the late Leslie T. Horne and Ethie Kennedy Horne.
A graveside service will be held 11:00am, Saturday, June 20, 2020 in Devotional Gardens. Mr. Horne is survived by daughter, Mary H. Raynor and husband, Stephen of Clinton; step-daughter, Gloria Ferguson and husband, James of Vass; brother, Thomas Horne of Washington, NC; sisters, Eleanor Faye Fox and husband, Gary of OH, Geraldine Horton of PA, Ora Lee Cottle of Beulaville, five grandchildren, Melissa Maddy, Joseph Ezzell, III, Greg Ferguson, James Ferguson, III, and Sharon Holder; four great grandchildren, Sierra Ezzell Sammie Ezzell, Tony Holder and Savannah Ferguson. In addition to his parents, Mr. Horne was preceded in death by wife, Mary Magdline Foss Horne, brothers, Eugene Horne and Earl Horne.
