Ceness Leon "Teeny" Taylor, Jr.

Faison - Ceness Leon “Teeny” Taylor, Jr., 90, died Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton, NC. Mr. Taylor was born July 22, 1928 in Duplin County, NC to the late Ceness Leon Taylor and Velma Mozingo Taylor.

​A graveside service will be held 2:00 p.m., Friday, November 2, 2018 at Celestial Memorial Gardens in Vanceboro, NC.

Mr. Taylor is survived by step-son, Sam H. Williams and wife, Shirley of Turkey; sister, Mary Murphy; sister-in-law, Linda Taylor of Faison; four step-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

​In addition to his parents, Mr. Taylor was preceded in death by wife, Mary W. Taylor; step- daughter, Mary Ann Matthis; brother, Samuel Taylor; and sister, Ghaynelle Garner.
