Alvin Harold Bass

Rose Hill - Alvin Harold Bass, 65, of Jacksonville and Rose Hill passed away Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at New Hanover Regional Medical Center. Mr. Bass was born November 14, 1953 in Duplin County to Alvin Joe Bass and Edna Mathis Bass.
A memorial service will be held at 11:00am Friday, June 7, 2019 at Mt. Zion Presbyterian Church in Rose Hill. A visitation will follow the service.
Mr. Bass is survived by son, Christopher Bass; daughter- in- law, Crystal Norris; parents, Alvin Joe Bass and Edna M. Bass; special friend, Pam Sanderson Merritt; brother, Gary Bass, grandchildren, Parker Sandlin, Zachary Brinson, Alexis Blanchard, Dominick Bass and Jordan Bass.
Mr. Bass was preceded in death by wife, Juanita B. Bass.
