 Warsaw - Linda Clifton Batts, 77, of Warsaw passed away Thursday, December 5, 2024 at Select Specialty Hospital of Durham Regional Hospital. Linda was born in Wayne County July 18, 1947 to the late Wilbur Clifton and Inez Andrews Clifton.
Funeral services will be held Monday, December 9, 2024 at the Warsaw Baptist Church. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at 1:00pm also at the Church. Entombment will follow the services at Devotional Gardens Linda leaves to cherish her memory, son, Derek Batts and wife, Ashley of Apex, grandchildren, Caitlin Edwards, Colby Trantham and Lexi Trantham; brother Wilbur Clifton and wife Elaine of PA. In addition to her parents, Linda was preceded in death by husband, Bobby Batts, and daughter, Daryn Batts Edwards. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Warsaw Baptist Church, 209 East College St., Warsaw, NC 28398.

Linda is one of the most considerate and caring people I have ever met. She always put everyone's needs ahead of her own. I know the gates of Heaven are wide open for her to enter God's heavenly kingdom. It goes with out saying she will be true ly missed by all that love and like her. God's blessing for her family and friends.

My deepest Condolences to the family! I'm just seeing this and it breaks my heart! Ms Linda was a very sweet who always had a smile on her face and kind words to me! I am really gonna miss running into her! RIP Dear! Your comment will be posted after it is approved.
