Rose Hill - Edna Frances Grady Arnette, 85, passed away Monday, July 27, 2026 at her home. Mrs. Arnette was born January 12, 1941 in Duplin County, NC to the late Benjamin F. and Ruth Kennedy Grady.

Mrs. Grady is survived by son, Greg Arnette of Rose Hill, NC, grandchildren, Anthony Arnette and wife, Jonae, Christy Marie Blackburn, Jonathan Arnette, Charity Walker; great grandchildren, Nevaeh, Brentley, Analeigh Arnette.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by husband, Hubert Arnette; son, Randy Arnette, brothers, James Grady, Ben Grady, and Johnny Grady.

A memorial service will be held 2:00pm, Saturday, August 22, 2026 in Community Funeral Home Chapel In Rose Hill, NC.

The amount of sorrow her passing has left, is indescribable. She was the piller that held a family together, without her the sun won't shine as bright in the mornings. The birds won't sound as sweet.
I know she's resting with our father Jesus and the only comfort I can find is knowing that her pain, her sadness and wounds are all gone. Where she is reunited with all her family that has gone before her.
We will forever love you grandma and you will never be forgotten. Rest in peace beautiful lady. 💔🥺
